The yoga seminar and intensive Chakra workshop

Programme:

	2.5 hour yoga classes
	Guided visits to ashrams, temples and monasteries on the island
	Art workshop with famous Ubud artist, Wayan Karja
	Sacred bathing ceremony (melakatu) at holy spring of Jnana Buda Siwa ashram
	Guided trek to two of the most significant temples on Mount Agung
	traditional Balinese massage at beautiful Ubud spa
	Performance of Balinese music and dance in ancient Ubud palace
	Private performance of Bali Shakti village gamelan
	consultation with traditional healer (balian)

Seminar leader: Ananda Leone
	Local guides with English/German are used for some of the activities.

Daily Programme:
	Day 1 am:
		Check-in at Sunset Hill/pm: course opening at Bali Shakti
	Day 2 am:
		Muladhara chakra/pm: village gamelan performance
	Day 3 am:
		Swadhisthana chakra/pm: Melakatu at Jnana Buda Siwa ashram
	Day 4 am:
		Manipura chakra/pm: free
	Day 5 am:
		Anahata chakra/pm: consultation with balian (traditional healer)
	Day 6 am:
		Vishudha chakra/pm: free
	Day 7 am:
		Ajna chakra/pm: Spa Hati (massage) and dance performance
	Day 8 am:
		Sahashara chakra/pm: art workshop
	Day 9 am:
		Free/pm: move to East Coast of Bali
	Day 10 am:
		Trekking and visits to Besakih and Prasar Agung temples
	Day 11 am:
		Yoga class/pm: free
	Day 12 am:
		Yoga class/pm: visit Aga village
	Day 13 am:
		Yoga class/pm: free
	Day 14 am:
		Yoga class/pm: course closing
