This includes all the yoga teachings, accommodation in double rooms for 14 days, transport for round trip and activities provided, breakfast and lunch, daily costs of temple visits, offerings, donations, dance performance, art workshop and materials, and trekking. I take full responsibility for ensuring that I am fit to travel and participate in a yoga retreat and have taken out all necessary insurance cover. All applicants are required to sign a standard release-from-liability and assumption-of-risk form as a condition of participation in the course.
